3.1. We strive to ensure all product information and pricing is accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
3.2. All prices are in ZAR (RAND) and include applicable taxes.

4.1. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer.
4.2. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept online payments using PayFast as well as direct bank transfers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of receipt.
5.2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
5.3. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Certain products may be excluded for hygiene reasons.
6.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns Policy
We offer NO REFUNDS.
We welcome all qualified returns for STORE CREDIT within 3 day’s from the date of purchase.
All store credit will be issued in the form of a GIFT CARD!
A qualified items is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
YOU must also have the receipt / email for proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and ALSO the shipping fee for new purchase.
Any sale or clearance items are considered a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
IF we find that the item has not been returned to us in fully re-sellable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a return on the item.
Returns are not possible with the following (But not limited to)
* Swimsuits
* Feeding sets
* Electronics (We test all items before leaving our store)
Le & Co Baby will not be held responsible for any third party damage of goods.
NOTE: items purchased with return credits are not valid for returns
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, SO PLEASE choose carefully.
